“What would it look like to take the dignity lens to the work we do — to the way we see our churches and face the adaptive challenges before us? How might it shift our conversations, reframe our approaches, and expand our imaginations? Could it increase our capacity for hard conversations, give us the courage to speak from the pulpit on tough topics, and grow in new competencies?
