The Southport School Facebook on 31 July 2020: "At a special Chapel service today, we celebrated three important traditions. The Induction of two new Senior Prefects to the fold, the blessing of the Statue of St Alban and we unveiled and blessed new Senior School House banners that hang from the Chapel ceiling. House banners have draped the walls of St Alban's for the past 40 years in some cases, and these recommissioned hangings reflect the unique House pride we have at TSS."

Mission to Seafarers Facebook on 26 July 2020: "We were delighted to have a visit from some of the amazing team from the Mothers Union at St Faith's Anglican Church Strathpine earlier this month. These wonderful ladies donated a handful of scarves, beanies and other clothing to keep our seafarers nice and cozy this winter. Pam even surprised us with a beautiful orange cake she baked for morning tea! Thank you so much Pat, Pam, Jake and the rest of the team from the St Faith’s Church Strathpine for everything; we can’t thank you enough for your continued support of The Mission To Seafarers."

Bishop Jeremy Greaves Facebook on 28 July 2020: "It was great to be at The Gap on Sunday and to wrestle with three challenging readings – Jacob working for a wife, the promise of good things to those who love God and the problematic parables of hidden treasure and a pearl of great price. For Christians who take the scriptures seriously there is much to be gained from reading them carefully and sitting with them awhile before rushing to make sense of them too quickly."

Anglicare SQ Facebook on 31 July 2020: "Meet Georgina – she’s a creative thinker, an ideas woman and a Home Care Worker. She’s constantly thinking up new ways to make her and her colleagues’ jobs easier. Pre-COVID, Georgina was making these wonderful bags with the craft ladies in our respite groups. These bags are utilised by all our staff on a regular basis. They are a very popular item and disappear quickly. Our staff use them to hold their equipment on the job, and while the bags don’t replace the staff’s work bags, it does make things much easier to find. Even after our respite groups were put on hold, the wonderful Georgina has still been making the bags for her peers. Thanks Georgina for always going above and beyond!"
