The Most Reverend Dr Phillip Aspinall AC

The Most Reverend Dr Phillip Aspinall AC has tendered his resignation as the Archbishop of Brisbane. In announcing his resignation, Archbishop Phillip has expressed thanks to the clergy and lay people of the Diocese for their “support, prayers and collegiality as we have furthered Christ’s mission in our Diocese and beyond”. Archbishop Phillip’s resignation will take effect from 5 pm Thursday 2 February 2023. See more.
