An investigative and punitive approach to responding to conflicts and complaints results in outcomes that do not satisfy. Restorative practice provides an approach based on accountability, collaboration, truth-speaking and healing. This workshop, hosted by Resource Church St John’s Cathedral, will explore how to use restorative practice in faith communities to enable them to become healthier. $10pp or $50 for groups of six or more from the same faith community.
