Bishop Jeremy Greaves Facebook on 30 July 2023: "There were tears as well as smiles this afternoon as we gathered for the final service at Mt Mee Community Church. After 100 years, the Uniting church has decided to close and sell the little church that was shared by Uniting, Lutheran, Roman Catholic and Anglican congregations for just over a century. While there was much sadness we were also able to give thanks for the many blessings that have been part of the building's history."

St Luke's Bundaberg Facebook on 17 August 2023: "Yesterday, St Luke’s Anglican School had the pleasure of hosting Bishop Jeremy Greaves for a day of connection and learning. During his visit, Bishop Jeremy spoke at our Staff Leadership Accelerator Seminar before leading our Middle and Senior students in a special Worship Service, where our Senior Choir publicly performed our new school hymn for the first time. Our students appreciated having the opportunity to connect with Bishop Jeremy throughout the day. Perhaps none more so than our Year 3 and 4 students who enjoyed their time together learning about a Bishop’s attire and engaging in a thoughtful discussion about a 'day in the life of a Bishop'. Thank you, Bishop Jeremy, for blessing us with your time and wisdom. "

Matthew Flinders Anglican College Facebook on 26 July 2023: "Choose your own experiment and have the freedom to modify it in the lab. That's what our Year 11 Chemistry students got to do in their science incursion session this week! Senior science at Flinders allows students to learn about various concepts in a practical way. Throughout the year, our Year 11 Chemistry students have trialled and tested experiments designed to consolidate and challenge the concepts covered. Students select an experiment, modify it and collect data to support the theory. At Flinders, we recognise that this inquiry approach to learning requires time and planning, and so, the senior science incursion immerses students into their investigations and allows them time to test their predictions and collect valid and reliable data."

ASQ St Martin's Taigum
31/31

Anglicare Southern Queensland Facebook on 17 July 2023: "On Saturday, St Martin's Residential Aged Care in Taigum hosted a Christmas in July fete for the residents, their families and the local community. Even though the weather was a little grey and dreary, there was plenty of Christmas cheer to brighten the day! There were local and community market stalls selling arts and crafts, a petting zoo with baby farmyard animals, and a sausage sizzle. Special guests included local firefighters (much to the joy of the younger attendees!) and all enjoyed the raffle prizes and live music. There was a fantastic turnout and attendees helped us raise funds to support our residents. Thank you to the organisers and those who came along!"
