This week is National Reconciliation Week 2019. This year’s NRW theme is ‘Grounded in truth: walk together with courage’. To mark the week, the Anglican Church Southern Queensland hosted this public lecture by National Aboriginal Bishop, The Right Rev’d Chris McLeod.

Bishop Chris McLeod is the National Aboriginal Bishop in the Anglican Church of Australia. Bishop Chris McLeod is of Gurindji descent and has been involved in ministry among and beside Aboriginal peoples in Anglican orders for more than 20 years. In his role as Assistant Bishop, with special responsibility for Aboriginal people, Bishop Chris McLeod is responsible for developing and overseeing ministry among Aboriginal people.
