St Luke’s Early Learning Centre recognises that families have their own culture and belief system which makes us all unique, and so they seek to provide an environment that honours such differences. St Luke’s encourages families to participate in their children’s learning journey, to communicate and work collaboratively with their highly qualified staff. Children at the Early Learning Centre experience a learning environment which is flexible and open-ended. This design promotes positive and creative dispositions for their future learning years. Teachers integrate play with intentional teaching strategies and encourage ideas or new concepts that may expand their existing knowledge. Children have an opportunity to participate in physical activities and engage in discussions about health and safety.
