Archbishop Andrew Chan is the Archbishop and Primate of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (the Anglican Church of Hong Kong). He has a Bachelor of Philosophy in Education from Newcastle University, a Certificate in Theology from Salisbury and Wells Theological College and a Master of Arts from Heythrop College (University of London).
