The Ven. Mark Carlyon is Rector of The Parish of St James’, Toowoomba and Archdeacon of the Downs. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from QIT and a Bachelor of Arts from UQ. He trained at St Francis College and has a particular interest in liturgy and parish administration.
