Denzil Scrivens is a former senior policy advisor with the Queensland Government. Since retirement, he has been a volunteer Guide with St John’s Cathedral, and in 2017 he published a book on the Cathedral’s eminent architect JL Pearson. Denzil has degrees in history and public administration from UWA and UQ, with a special interest in the history of St John’s Cathedral.
