Bishop Cam Venables' Advent 2020 message: making room in the inn
Video
Bishop Cam Venables reflects on the birth of a baby, whom we have the audacity to believe is God and who was laid in an animals’ food trough because there was no room in the inn: “In the unfolding gift and journey of the New Year, please join with me in considering whether we are giving to God the shabby leftovers of our time, energy and resources and whether we can do better. Whether we could, in God’s grace, work with others to assist the lost, the least and the lonely of our community and world – assist them to find a place at the table and room at the inn”
