About The Hon. Justice Debra -

The Hon. Justice Debra Mullins is Chancellor of the Diocese of Brisbane. She is a graduate of The University of Queensland – Bachelor of Commerce (1977), Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (1980) and Master of Laws (Advanced) (1999). Justice Mullins was appointed a judge of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2000 and appointed President of the Court of Appeal in 2022.
