About Br Alfred -

Br Alfred BoonKong SSF is a friar of the Province of the Divine Compassion, based mainly at the Hermitage of St Bernardine, Stroud NSW and occasionally at St Philip’s friary, Annerley.  He has a Master of Horticultural Science from Lincoln Uni NZ and a Bachelor of Theology from MCD, with an interest in the environment and interfaith dialogue, being Malaysian-born and raised.
