The Rev’d Stephen Briggs is the Priest-in-Charge of the Parish of Banyo, the Naval Chaplain (Reserve) for South Queensland based at HMAS Moreton, Bulimba and an Honorary Chaplain to the Mission to Seafarers, Brisbane. He has a Bachelor of Further Education and Training from USQ and a Bachelor of Theology from CSU.
