“Pärt & Bach” – Canticum Chamber Choir

Canticum Chamber Choir, with Camerata and conductor Emily Cox, present Arvo Pärt’s majestic Te Deum, framed by two jubilant motets by J S Bach – Singet dem Herrn and Lobet den Herrn. Canticum is pleased to present this concert as part of the 4MBS Festival of Classics. New classical work composed by young St Margaret's Year 8 virtuoso Charlotte

Watch St Margaret’s Anglican Girls School music staff, joined by Year 11 double bass player Hilary, perform this exciting new classical work composed by Year 8 student Charlotte. Charlotte was recently awarded joint first place in the Australian Society of Music Education Young Composers Competition (Lower Secondary Division) for her composition titled ‘Ancient Voyage String Quinte’
